1. To be honest, the only place I know of… would be the dell website. Other than that… in Pinas. Wala akong alam. But I know I’m going to be buying one soon because my dell laptop’s battery is dead

2. weirdo kse dito eh. we have an enormous dell customer service but from what i know it’s all for international calls. haay.

3. What’s the make and model of your laptop? Latitude? Inspiron? What model number?

   I’ll try asking my brother (from dell) and other sources/connections.
