Every time my mom is home, she will always find something to clean. The laundry needs to be done, the floor needs to be mopped, the clothes needs to be picked up, the bathroom needs to be cleaned, etc. When I wake up in the morning, the house is already spic and span.
Last Monday, she went home to Lipa and is staying for a week. I have the whole house to myself again.
When I got home, I changed to my night clothes to get ready for bed. I took my day clothes, looked left, looked right - no one was watching me. So I dropped them at the floor and went to bed. When I woke up the next day, I immediately put my attention at the clothes on the floor. Haay, I smiled. It was still there.
Home sweet home.
