Acck!

Been with Globe’s Speak n Surf since first week of May 2007 pa lang. Siguro been able to use fairly okay service (not great mind you) for a total 2 weeks max before shit happens. Customer service was and still is really bad. So is the tech support. And of course the service in general. I asked for re-computation of my bill, which they eventually did (after weeks and weeks) and yet I got this. Frustrated, frustrated, frustrated.

My fault of course. I should have researched on this broadband phenomenon before signing a 1 year contract with them. I’m now stuck with bad service provider with even worse service.

Can it get any better I wonder?

Doubt it.

coming down with the sniffles

Stressed w/ demanding clients, last minute clients, mabagal landlords, people who owes me money, upcoming and previous weddings, wedding suppliers, my bank, my finances, and let’s not forget the boys – I’m starting to feel like I’m coming down with the sniffles. Oh no.

Need for hot calamansi juice and some TLC. Overload with vitamins and throw in a secretary for free please.

What do I do now?

I could have possibly lost a client worth close to a P100,000 today. I had that gut feeling… I should have just stayed away. Please, please, please… this cannot be happening!

Did I not say, that I hated being the middleman?

globelines suck!

My broadband sucks. :( I don’t have connection anymore. And it seems that I have to have it cut na. WAAAH!

Just when I’ve been enjoying the life of the 21st century…

On the brighter side, it seems it’s solved one of my letting go problems…

i hate last minute

I did my part, I know I did. I gave them enough time. I emailed them hours ago. But 8 minutes and 10 seconds before the deadline, I called them to say malapit na deadline mo, and nasan na yung pirma mo. (Pirma lang hintay ko, ako na gumawa lahat ng paperwork) Biglang nag nego ba naman sa terms and conditions?! Argh! Ano ba yun! You could have done that even an hour ago! Would have saved us a lot of time and trouble. Now the landlord is saying, I can’t wait for you anymore. It’s 5 mins after 5pm. I gave you the deadline, now I have to decline your offer. Huwaw!

It doesn’t matter if the fault is hers or mine. At the end of the day, client is going to say “ah, she’s not good enough to get me the space”; and the landlord is going to say, “she just made us wait for nothing”.

I not only hate being stressed at the last minute; I also hate being the middleman.
